Not a complete kit
Me gusto mucho el color y son mi buena calidad, me encantaron
The green looks white. I had some green from another party so I threw some of those in my balloon arch. The green you see in my picture is not included with this kit. I do not use the balloon tape to create my arch I use fishing line.
